Outstanding
Dear Mr. Jata,
On Tuesday, 27 June, your firm installed an acrylic paneled enclosure, and replaced the screening, at the rear of our house. We wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the quality of the work and the professionalism of your employees.We were particularly pleased because the mechanical work was done to our satisfaction including the touches that make a standard job an outstanding one. Your men, Messrs. John and Gary L., worked quickly, quietly, neatly and efficiently. There was not, as many times there is, a loud radio to distract and annoy the customer. As they worked they deposited their trash (at a single location behind the house) which, on the completion of the job, was gathered up and completely removed. When they finished their work in the lanai, they picked up every stray screw and all loose debris and then completely broom swept the lanai clean. They left the lanai as clean as they found it!
You may be sure that we will have no hesitation in recommending your firm to our friends and acquaintances when they are considering having this type of work done. Our experience with AJ’s Aluminum has been a pleasure.
